Sorry for bad updating again. But I went skiing with my family in Sweden for a couple of days. I came back late Tuesday night and has been working non-stop since. I haven’t skied for 11 years, so at first it was super scary but SO MUCH fun when I got into it. I’m definitely  going next year again and for more than 2 days.

I am in Sweden for a week to visit my folks. Love the country life so far.

I am back from one week of amazing holiday in Sicily, wish I could go back for another week.

First we went to Castel di Tusa a tiny village near Cefalu on the north coast. After that we went out to the Aeoilan Island and to amazing paradise island Salina.

I had a great weekend – dinner at mine ( I made marangswiss) girls night out ( Ridley Road Market Bar), Tate Modern with Lucy and I made my so fare best Sunday Roast for my boyfriend that came back from a weekend in Stockholm. I also manage to go to the gym a 2,8 mile run and work on my new website. Which I want to finish today, so need to go back to that now.
